What is your fee structure for property management services?

How do you handle tenant screening and selection?

Our tenant screening process is rigorous and includes credit checks (per New York State guidelines), employment verification, rental history, and references to ensure we find reliable and responsible tenants for your property.

What is the process for handling maintenance requests and repairs?

We have a 24/7 maintenance request system that allows tenants to report issues. We then assess the situation and either use our in-house team or vetted contractors to perform necessary repairs promptly, keeping you informed throughout the process.

How often will I receive financial and property reports?

We provide monthly financial statements detailing income and expenses. Additionally, we offer an online portal where you can access your account information and monthly/annual reports at any time.

How can I apply for a rental property?

You can apply directly through our website by completing the online application form. We’ll then contact you to discuss the next steps in the screening process.

What are the criteria for renting a property?

Our criteria includes employment verification, rental history review, and personal references. In some instances, a credit check will be conducted. We aim to ensure that all our tenants can comfortably afford the rent and will take good care of the property and look to make sure rent is no more than 33% of monthly income.

How do I report maintenance issues or repairs?

You can report any maintenance issues or request repairs through our online tenant portal or by calling our 24/7 maintenance hotline. We aim to address and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

What happens if I need to break my lease early?

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to break your lease early, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll discuss the terms of our lease break policy with you and try to work out a settlement acceptable to both parties.
